All orders must be placed in advance and fully paid before pickup unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Square, Zelle, and other approved methods. Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be respected. Once an order is confirmed, changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability and production status.

Refunds, Cancellations & Food Safety

Due to the nature of our products (fresh, made-to-order food items), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or picked up. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup. We follow safe food handling practices; however, Mel – Homemade Cakes & Treats is not responsible for improper storage, allergies, or food handling after pickup.
