Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all items sold by Mel – Homemade Cakes & Treats are freshly prepared and made to order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and prepared.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as receiving the incorrect item), you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup with photos and order details. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We are not responsible for issues related to allergies, improper storage, or handling after pickup.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Contact

Orders that are cancelled after preparation has begun or orders that are not picked up at the agreed time are not eligible for refunds.
